Tieshan leads client services at Salon C. Stellar, overseeing the experience from your first enquiry through to post-treatment care. If you have a question about booking, a treatment, or your skin, Tieshan is your first point of contact, and she will know the answer. 

Client experience has been the constant throughout her career. With roles in hospitality, events, and front-of-house, her work has consistently centred on creating seamless and considered experiences for every client. Her approach to client care mirrors the clinic’s wider philosophy: every person who walks through the door at 19b Beak Street deserves to feel known, not just seen. She makes that happen before the treatment even begins. 

At Salon C. Stellar, Tieshan handles queries ranging from treatment advice to doctor referrals, always with a sensitivity to each client’s circumstances. On more complex questions, Tieshan works directly with the clinic’s therapists and technical partners to ensure every answer is accurate and informed. 

Known for her patience, empathy, and efficiency, she ensures each client feels understood from the outset. Tieshan speaks Spanish and is currently learning French, something that comes into its own with the clinic’s international clientele.
