SHIPPING OPTIONS

London and UK Mainland Express Delivery (1-3 Working Days) - £6

  • Free Shipping on orders over £100 (you are welcome!)
  • We like to be super speedy but if you’ve placed an order after 1pm, it will be processed the next day. 

International Express Delivery (Not Mainland UK) – £ quote on request

  • We like to be super speedy but if you’ve placed an order after 1pm, it will be processed the next day.
  •  Your shipping quote will be sent to you and charged upon your confirmation, separately from your product(s) order.
  • Orders will be dispatched once we have got your shipping payment.
  • Whatever it is, we always love to hear from you, so please contact us on shop@saloncstellar.com for details of our international tracked delivery coverage.
  • Please note that International shipments could be subject to local taxes and shipping duties which may be applied on entry.

Click & Collect - £0.00

    • If you’re nearby, your beloved orders are available for pick up every day (except Bank Holidays) between 10am and 8pm from Customer Services,  Salon C Stellar, 19b Beak Street, W1C 9RP London UK., London UK.. Yes we said every day, because we’re good like that.
  • If you would like a same day pick up, just make sure you place your order by 5pm so that we can fulfil your same-day-dream. Please allow a minimum of an hour for your order to be processed. You will receive a notification from us when it is ready to collect – yippee!
  • We know you wouldn’t forget but just in case you’re having an off week, your order will be held for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

PURCHASING

BACK ORDERS

If your favourite product is out of stock, don’t panic! Some of our items are available to back order if we are expecting new stock to arrive – big fat PHEW. We will let you know when something comes back in (who doesn’t get a thrill when they read the words ‘back in stock’?) and will do our utmost to dispatch back ordered items as soon as they are available to send. After all, we wouldn’t want you to be without your favourite product for any longer than you need to be. Dates of dispatch are subject to change. Delivery dates will depend on the chosen delivery method when you make your purchase.

RETURN POLICY

Cancellation Right

Not happy with your product or just simply changed your mind? No worries, it happens! Under the distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt if you send us details of cancellation in writing and return the product/s to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. For more details of how to return please see our Returns section (see below). If your order was delivered to a third party you may cancel if you are able to return the order to us. You can send your cancellation notice by email to shop@saloncstellar.com or in writing to: Customer Services,  Salon C Stellar, 19b Beak Street, W1C 9RP London UK. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns

If you’ve placed an order on our website, by mail, over the phone, by fax, via post or directly from our clinic our returns policy is just for you. We’re pretty sure you’re going to love your order, but if for any reason you don’t, (why not? Just kidding) you have the legal right to cancel it within seven working days. We promise we won’t take it personally. All you need to do is send us details of cancellation in writing and return your order to us in its original, unopened and unused condition. You can do this by emailing us at shop@saloncstellar.com or do it the old fashioned way by penning a letter (if it wasn’t a cancellation of your order we’d think it was almost romantic! Someone pass us the feather quill and ink pot!) Write to us at Customer Services, Salon C Stellar, 19b Beak Street, W1C 9RP London UK and we promise to do all we can to process your cancellation as quickly as possible. Don’t forget to give us full details of your customer order number and what you are returning. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Once we’ve got your return, we will give you a refund of the amount paid. Unfortunately we cannot refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender.  We cannot reimburse return costs unless your order was damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

So that our service is the very best it can be, please let us know the reason for your return. It’s best to send the parcel by RECORDED DELIVERY and to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department.
