Noelia Rodriguez

By her own description, Noelia is a biology obsessive, a focus that has shaped her entire career. She began studying biology in Spain with the intention of specialising in genetics, before moving into aesthetics for its grounding in skin physiology. She holds a two-year aesthetics degree and over 30 advanced certifications, including chemical peels, microneedling, multiple laser systems, HIFU, and RF microneedling. Noelia continuously enriches her knowledge with peer-reviewed research, her clients joke that every treatment starts with a new learning. 

With more than 23 years in the industry, her experience spans leading spas and medical clinics in the UK and beyond. In London, she has worked in private clinics and dermatology practices, treating compromised skin at a medical grade. Further experience at EF Medi-Spa and as a national trainer for a Spanish skincare brand refined her expertise in advanced treatments and education.

At Salon C. Stellar, Noelia delivers results-driven treatments within a comfort-first, sensory environment. But her path to the clinic was not immediate. Initially, she was discouraged by the astrology references, but a second conversation clarified the balance between modern science and ancient wisdom. And so she cancelled all further interviews and became part of the team. 

Outside the treatment room, Noelia is a maker. She’s currently building a detailed model of human skin in crochet.
